This guide will cover two methods of installing a WordPress plugin for Krepling Pay: using a zip file for manual installation and through the WordPress plugin search for automatic installation. Following that, we will guide you through configuring Krepling Pay within WooCommerce.

Install a WordPress Plugin Using Zip File

Step 1: Upload the Plugin

Tip: Ensure your WordPress and WooCommerce installations are up to date to maintain compatibility and security.

• Access your WordPress dashboard.

• Navigate to the left menu, select Plugins > Add New.

• Click on the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.

Step 2: Install the Plugin

• Click Choose File and select the Krepling Pay plugin zip file from your computer.

• Click Install Now to upload and install the plugin.

Step 3: Activate the Plugin

• After installation, you'll be prompted to activate the plugin. Click Activate Plugin.

Tip: Should you see an error message stating, “Destination folder already exists. Plugin installation failed,” it indicates a version of the plugin is already installed. Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins. Find Krepling Pay in the list. If it's active, click Deactivate. Then, click Delete to remove it. Retry the installation process.

Install a WordPress Plugin by Search

Step 1: Search for the Plugin

• Within your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.

• Use the search box to find Krepling Pay. Note: This method works only for plugins available in the WordPress plugin directory.

Step 2: Install and Activate the Plugin

• Click Install Now next to Krepling Pay.

• Once installed, the button will change to Activate. Click it to activate Krepling Pay on your site.

Step 1: Access Krepling Configuration

• Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments.

• Find Krepling Pay in the list and click the toggle button to enable it.

• Click on “Finish set up” to enter the configuration details.

Step 2: Enter Configuration Details

• In Krepling Pay's settings, you can enable or disable the plugin.

• Enter your Merchant ID and Secret ID. These are essential for processing payments.

Tip: If you encounter an error message regarding invalid Merchant ID or Secret ID on the checkout page, revisit the Krepling Payment Gateway settings in your WooCommerce admin panel to verify and correct your credentials.

Step 3: Save Your Settings

• After entering all required details, click Save Changes.

Krepling Pay on your Storefront

After configuring Krepling pay, it will appear as an option on your checkout page, allowing customers to choose Krepling Pay for their purchases.
